We ship to almost anywhere on Planet Earth directly from our eco-friendly factory.

Each luminaire is bespoke, customized to your spacial needs. Due to this nature, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.

Warranty

Our luminaires are made with LED technology, rated for a lifetime of 50k hours, or 5 years. You may never need to change your lamp! However, if you do, after 5 years, we invite you to directly recycle the lights with us and offer up to a 20% discount off the purchase of new RAYLITE products. Please do not throw out these lights, they must be reclaimed by a certified electronic recycling plant.

We also offer a 2 year voluntary manufacturer’s warranty on any parts that might need replacing. You will be required to pay shipping. For more information on the warranty, contact us
